An Important Message on the COVID-19

The Coronavirus (COVID-19) has caused unprecedented disruption globally over the past couple of months and its devastating effects are also afflicting the Sacramento Area. With this in mind, it is important that we take proper precautions to protect ourselves and everyone else who is planning to visit our building.

We wanted to take the time to assure all of our clients that your health and safety, as well as those of your family members, guests, and vendors, are a top priority at the Sacramento Masonic Temple.

BUILDING CLOSED

Due to the most recent Executive Order N-33-20 issued by Governor Gavin Newsom, the Sacramento Masonic Temple has ceased operations and will stand CLOSED until this Order is lifted.

No tours will be available during this time.

We apologize for the inconvenience but we must comply.

WHEN REOPENING

Building Management is implementing the following additional practices for when the venue reopens:

Enhanced cleaning and disinfecting of frequently touched surfaces.

This includes doors, door handles, light switches, elevator buttons, tables, counters, handrails, faucets, sinks, toilets, etc.

Availability of cleaning and disinfecting products.

We use EPA-approved products and are making sure that soap dispensers are stocked at all times throughout the Sacramento Masonic Temple for everyone's use.

Instructional signs will be posted for every event.

These signs are to bring awareness and provide helpful instructions to everyone who is visiting or renting spaces in our building.

Another important element of maintaining a safe and healthy environment in the current circumstances is managing person-to-person contact to limit the potential exposure to the virus.

We are encouraging everyone to consider the following precautions:

   · Avoid personal contact such as handshakes and hugs in personal greetings.

   · Where possible, try to maintain some personal space from others.

   · Wash hands with soap and water for at least 20 seconds or use hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol content.

Much is still unknown about the Coronavirus, so information and appropriate responses are evolving on a frequent basis. Our current action plan at the Sacramento Masonic Temple reflects current information and recommendations based on guidance from the CDC, WHO and other trustworthy sources.

For example, a few days ago, UC Davis Medical Center shared some great news HERE.

We appreciate your support and want to assure you that we are taking appropriate actions at the Sacramento Masonic Temple to maintain a safe and healthy environment for your use and enjoyment.

If you have any questions, please contact me directly.

Sincerely,

Francisco Marques
